Material Feeding System

Material feeding system can realize automatic enclosed conveying, storing, weighing and dosing for different kinds of raw materials, such as carbon black, rubber granulates, power, oil and other compound materials. 

This material feeding system mainly consists of storage silo, conveying pipes, weighing system, micro control system, etc. The system can be specially designed and arranged basing on user’s different requirements. The system makes the whole set of work section realize high automation and informatization, control and traceability of product quality realize data, and effectively improve production efficiency and quality.

This system is an intelligent environmental protection upstream equipment and micro-computer control system for mixer. It is widely used in rubber industry, chemical industry, plastic industry and construction industry. 

Software is the core of control system of material feeding system to control material weighing, feeding and mixing automatically and can manage recipe, print report etc.

The whole control system is a network structure, management computer and PLC of mixer and other equipment connected with it through which the speed of communicate data is very fast. Network interface is reserved for realizing remote supervision of the future, which makes foundation for the whole factory automatic management.

PLC are special industry computers which linked with equipment directly, high reliability, simple operation, easy to maintenance，with exclusive and strong functions. A usual microcomputer as control computer sends all kinds commands to PLC, supervising each PLC running status, collecting and managing all kinds of data.

Software of material feeding system includes two parts: Control software (running in PLC) and management software (running in common microcomputer).

Recipe management accomplishes the functions such as recipe input, modify, save and display. Each recipe has a corresponding code, no limit of quantity of recipe, only relates to disk capacity.

Computer will real time supervises the system running status, and draws all kinds running data from PLC. Each scale weighing status including the current material and weight can be displayed on window as well as mixer working status, if the equipment occurring alarm. This supervising can be inverted from front platform to back platform.

Controls system can manage all kinds data in report sheet, these reports can also be consulted on management computer or printed on printer. All reports can be kept one year in computer.

   A: By T/T, 30% advance payment, 70% to be paid before machine delivery. Other payment term is also accepted after mutual discussion.

   A: We can provide remote technical support on line, also we will provide the installation and commissioning instruction.
